Service Description

A 5-10 session coaching program supporting yoga teachers, wellness professionals and\or career-shifters get started & supported on their path. This program brings together my 9 years as a yoga teacher & self-employed business owner with my coaching practice to provide support to others in the way I wish I had while I was at the earlier stages of my path.
